Database and/or Computer Service and Support
RCC
offers support services for customer's servers and desktop
systems, including Windows and Mac operating systems. Support
activities are at the request of the customer, and range
widely in nature. Some customers may option for a month
agreement, covering a specified number of support hours.
Support services may include training of staff, support for
databases, support for desktop system, laptops, printers,
network installation, installation of huts, switches,
routers, and firewalls.
